I was extremely unhappy with the service and fees associated with a simple DA lodgement that had no hiccups from council and still accumulated a total of $750 in additional fees despite the fact I opted for a fixed fee" agreement and was on a strict budget. The additional fees were not approved with me and many of them involved replying to emails I had already responded to that required no actioning at their end. I would not recommend them unfortunately."
